Elk Mountain and Kings Mountain are two popular hiking destinations in the Oregon Coast range. Formerly an old lookout, Elk Mountain is a short but formidable hike. It is a well-marked, moderate trail, that meanders through varying terrains and was much longer than we anticipated.
